Heatherbreeze sighed as she started out on another herb hunt. She didn't need much that day, but she still had ti treck all the way to the Flareclan border for the herbs she needed. She swam for a while, legs tired by the time she reached dry land at the border. She still had to walk a while, so she resisted laying down is the warm sand and kept walking until she got to ther herb, half on each side of the border. She leaned down to pck it just as she recognised the scent of another mediccine cat. "Hello." she muttered as she dropped the herbs she had grabbed at her feet.

Some of the herbs in Fadingwillow's herb store had ran out so the spotted she-cat had to go and collect more. 'Now I have to go to the AquaClan border to collect the herbs that grow there.' Fading thought before muttering. "I hope I don't meet anyone by the border." She thought before padding towards the AquaClan border. Her yellow eyes fixed on Heatherbreeze, the AquaClan medicine cat. 'Oh great, I hope she does not ask me to give her some herbs. Her yellow gaze then fixed on an important herb. Fadingwillow leaned foward to collect it. Her gaze then switched back to Heatherbreeze. "Hello." Fading grumbled, her yellow eyes narrowing.

"You're collecting herbs too, aren't you? It's amazing how easily they can need to be replaced. I don't trust patrols though, so I always come out by myself." she said to the other medicine cat, who seemed rather grumpy as she grabbed another herb, which was defiantly one she needed. She would grab it later though, as it wasn't that high of importance and she could get it on the island.

Fadingwillow did not really feel like talking so the spotted medicine cat went on with collecting herbs. But then she finally spoke. "Yeah me too." Fading muttered before twitching her tail and looking around for a herb that usually grew around here. If she was not so stubborn, the spotted she-cat would have asked to borrow some. 'No way I'm asking for some herbs, Then Heatherbreeze will want to ask me for herbs all the time' Fadingwilloew thought before continuing to look around for herbs.

"You ok? you seem a bit... " she asked, not able to come up with the righht word.

Fadingwillow narrowed her eyes and gave her ears a twitch. "Of course I'm ok!" She snapped with twitching her tail with annoyance. 'Does she think that I'm not ok!' "Why wouldn't I be ok!" The FlareClan medicine cat hissed before turning away and scanning her surrondings to see if there was any important herbs around. Fading's pelt was bristling. 'Why can't she just leave me alone' She thought before grumbling.

Heatherbreeze ttook a step back submissively as the other cat lashed out, ending up sitting it the water, but didn't hold her tounge. She was safe. She was on her border, and Faidingwillow was on her side. "Because of that. You seem snappy which ussually means your upset." she said as she pulled herself up and out of the muck as she walked down the shore line and picked out a branch of lavander. She could easily enough get it at the mistclan border, but she was there now so she might as well. She placed it in her pile with the water mint. "Normally cats don't yell at me when I ask if their ok. Other than that I have no reason to doubt your okness."

Fadingwillow narrowed her eyes.

"I'm not upset!" The spotted she-cat growled. 'I've finished collecting the herbs I need, I think I should leave now. I'm wasting my time talking to an AquaClanner.' Fading thought before grabbing the herbs she had collected.

Heatherbreeze laughed. "Yeah, sure thing. Because growling isn't a sign of being upset. You always growl when your happy though." she rolled her eyes.
